Harry is a native of California's Inland Empire. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1970 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
He learned the tax business inside a major national tax and accounting firm before spending more than two decades running his family's business, Holmes Ice & Cold Storage, from 1978 to 2000.
In 1999 he founded Holmes & Associates. What began as a one-person practice grew into a locally recognized tax and accounting firm — first in Southern California, and now headquartered in Niceville, Florida, serving clients across the country through secure online preparation, planning, and IRS representation.
As an IRS-authorized Enrolled Agent, Harry is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS for audits, collection matters, appeals, installment agreements, and Offers in Compromise — in every state.
